You guys know by now the reason this site is called I've Said It All Before, right?
If you don't know, I'm gonna tell you again. It's because all the EXCUSES you're going to give me, I've said them all before. I was the undisputed Excuse Champion of the World. One of my all time favorite excuses was "I'll worry about my health after I make it in music."
Talk about fucking STUPID. Moving on...
Real quick, I know someone personally who was in a wheelchair and told she'd never walk normally again, and now she weight lifts on a daily basis and does cardio as well. In case you didn't know, you have to be able to WALK to do cardio.
If a person like THAT can manage to find the strength, courage, will, heart, and TIME (the one thing people claim they don't have the MOST) then ANYONE can.
Stop. Being. Afraid. To. Challenge. Your. Self.
What would've happened if Michael Jordan didn't challenge himself after he was cut from his high school basketball team? What would've happened if Bruce Lee didn't challenge himself to walk again? What would've happened if I didn't challenge myself to stop bullshitting myself into obesity?
You would've never heard of any of us. That's what. We would've never risen above our own insecurities, doubts, and fears.
No, I'm not on Jordan's or Bruce Lee's level. I'm just trying to hit a little bit closer to home.
Now, I challenge you to listen to the next sentence...

What got me thinking about this was all these quick-fixes and diet fads out there. I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but once again, Michael Jordan didn't become AIR JORDAN by doing the 10-Minute workout. By other player's admission, he was always the first one in the gym and the last one to leave.
You want serious results, in ANY area of your life?? You better be willing to go a lot longer than fucking TEN MINUTES.
By the way, I am in no way downing people who are just starting out with their goals. I'm a firm believer in small goals leading up to the ultimate goal. We all have to start somewhere. I'm talking to those people who are more than capable of pushing themselves but choose not to, out of laziness, weakness, or whatever other reasons. Yes, you know who you are, and do me a favor...
CHALLENGE YOURSELF.
Stop being so damn scared to work harder. Stop being so damn scared to give stuff up. Stop needing your damn safety blankets so bad. Stop needing to hold on to a little piece of the bad life. Trust me, I know honey bunch. I KNOW, because I used to do everything I could to hold on to that life, and I almost died because of it.
If you want success as bad as you say you do, then working hard and sacrificing shouldn't even be a question. Fuck, if it was easy, the country wouldn't be obese and nobody would be addicted to smoking, alcohol and drugs. No, it's not easy.
But, it's worth it.

If you honestly believe that a 10-minute workout video is all you need to get the results you're looking for, you're going to be sorely disappointed. Real results come from REAL WORK.
What if you told your job you were just gonna work 10 minutes a day every day? Would you be surprised if you didn't get the same check you usually get for 40 hours? Yeah, you'd probably say they were assholes for firing you, too.
CHALLENGE YOURSELF.
Face yourself, and know that you're capable of a hell of a lot more than TEN STUPID MINUTES. It took you how many years to fuck up your health, and now you wanna fix it in ten minutes?
Come on, you're smarter than that. And BETTER, too.
Challenge yourself to be dedicated. Challenge yourself to WORK for what you want. Do the extra workout. Go the extra mile. Say no to that extra slice of pizza. SEE WHAT YOU'RE MADE OF.
Challenge yourself to give up what you want to get to what you NEED. Challenge yourself not to be good, and not just to be great, but to be a force of nature.

Ditch the excuses. Ditch the If's. Stop being so afraid of being determined. Too many people in this world don't succeed because they are deathly afraid of being committed to anything, because being committed, means you're being held accountable, even by yourself.
You don't like how you feel, then stop being afraid of work, and start being afraid of mediocrity. Your real fear needs to be of being AVERAGE. Not failure, not work, and not the truth. FEAR MEDIOCRITY.
Challenge yourself, from here on out, to be everything that's the opposite of average.
Challenge yourself, to CHALLENGE YOURSELF.
